England’s Economic Heartland (EEH) recently consulted on its outline transport strategy and completed its final consultation on its draft strategy on 6th October. See our blog for more information, and our response to the EEH consultation on its draft strategy is here:

A summary of the key messages from the consultation can be found in Annex 1 of the Strategic Transport Forum’s Papers for 24 January 2020 (Agenda Item 3). The papers also contain proposals in Annex 2 for amending the vision and outcomes.
